Hi Miss Mallory,

If it were possible, I"d be happy to lend you some of my appetite; heck, I"d even GIVE it to you permanently! Seriously, I"ve got my fingers crossed that it won"t be long until we hear the good news that you"re strong enough and stable enough to start thinking about going home. So many people that you will never even know are including you in their prayers...

Hi Mallory and Lisa,

Wanted you to know we are praying for you daily, and especially thought of you on the last two weekends.  First, walking 5 miles around Stone Mountain to raise funds for the American Liver Foundation.  And also at the Georgia Transplant Foundation"s Wellness Conference on Saturday.  You had loud cheers from us when they announced your Scholorship Award & we took a picture of your slide up on the big screens so will get that to you in the near future!  Our prayers are with you Mallory for your strength and appetite to increase.  Lisa, praying for your endurance as well.  Take care and the Lord bless you all.

In His Love,

Karen Shaw

Hey Mallory!  I hope you are having a great day today.  Remember hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.  If there is anything at all you feel like eating, you have all of the TEAM Mal supporters at your disposal.  Just let someone know what you want.

I think a new puppy would be a wonderful get well present.  Nothing makes you feel better than holding and loving on a puppy.  The one they had at the Children"s health care auction was soooo cute.  Maybe you can talk Jane into giving it to you.

Everyone at Georgian Bank is praying for you and your family.  We talk about you all the time and can"t wait until you feel yourself again.  The world is truly a better place with you in it!  Keep the faith!

Hi Mallory, Wow! Don"t know if you remember me.Brett was in your HR & I"m his mom.  I was your character ed partner your jr year. Brett told me you had "something wrong" last year but he didn"t know much-typical male -they don"t ask questions!  I had no idea that you have been so sick!  Gloria Shurette who used to work with your mom asked our SS class to pray for you.  We will and  I"ll also  send out a mass e-mail w/the link to your site to all of my friends to join in praying for your complete recovery.  You may not know but Brett is an aspiring chef.  He wants to know if there is a special treat he could bake for you.  Do you have a favorite cake, cookie or other food?  He also says you"re too sweet to be sick and he"ll be praying for you!!!  Serious about the treat.  He can make it & I"ll make sure you get it. More later but our love and prayers are w/u and you"re family. Hi Miss Mallory - You are definitely my kind of girl - the first thing I would ask for is a puppy also - I would have 10 if Hal would let me. I have 2 australian shepherds (Trip & Revo). I was so excited when your dad told me your brother had gotten an aussie puppy. My vote for you would also be an aussie, but I am partial. I hope you have a blessed and pain free day today.   Phyllis M.

Scott Foster

Hi Mallory

I saw in the latest journal entry that you want to get a dog. I have a story for you. Over seven years ago when I retired, my wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I told her "a kidney". She insisted on a puppy however and went ahead and picked out the cutest cockapoo you ever saw. When she brought it home she said "happy birthday, now you have to name her. So I called her "Kidney" and that is what she has been called ever since  She is the best dog we have ever had and that would be my suggestion for you new puppy if you get one. You might even call her (or him ), "Liv"

Glad to hear you are doing so well. My son Turk and I will be coming to Atlanta on Thursday for the procedure on Friday. Keep getting better and I hope your team wins this weekend.

Good morning Mallory. Well I guess good afternoon.

We are so glad you have had a couple of good days!  Before long, you will have more good days than bad days and then ALL good days.  We can"t wait for that!  We just wanted to let you know that we are thinking about you everyday and praying for you everyday.  You will have to let us know when you have your appetite back enough and we will cook something for you.  Even if it is after you get home which we hope is in the very near future.  And you know the rule,  whatever you want us to cook, you will get.

We hope you have a GOOD day today!
