Mallory and Lisa,

We"re sorry you"re having a bad day :(

We will continue to pray for you, hang in there...

Lisa, I can"t seem to order our t-shirts online.  Hopefully Bridgett will see this message and order 2 shirts for Jessica and I.  I want the #1 Red in Adult M, and Jessica wants the #3 Green in Adult S.  Sorry to bother you with this.

Mallory, hope you are feeling better soon, we"ll check in on you again tomorrow.  Hope you get a good nights sleep...

Love,

Roaj Claire and Jessica Ujjin

It makes me sooo sad to hear that your day isn"t going well at all.  Sounds like the doctors are on top of things and will get everything straightened out for you though. I hope you feel better soon! I miss you!!

Mallory I am so sorry that you got disappointed by not getting to move out of ICU, but the doctors are right on top of things and they will get all this figured out and get you headed in the right direction.  I know you get tired of hearing   that but God is with you and He has always been there for you.  He will give you the strength you need to keep on going.  You are just the sunshine of my life and you have such a radiant smile even when you are sick....I love you so very much and am so proud to be your Maw Maw.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS:

Lots of us are ordering Team Mal shirts, and this is great.  There is another wonderful and simple way to help support Mallory and her family.  Please sign up for Funding Doug & Izzie at iGive.com.  Right now, iGive is making a $5 donation if you register and make any purchase, and Home Depot is offering gift cards in amounts from $10 to $500.  If you don"t like the idea of giving someone a Home Depot card, you can buy the gift card and just use it yourself, if you want.  Come on, almost every one of us shops at Home Depot and, just think, if 50 of us register and order one, that would mean a minimum of $250 would go to the Smith family to help with costs.  (There are other companies participating in this also, but I am highlighting Home Depot since it is local and the gift cards would be easy to use.  Also, some charge a shipping fee, but Home Depot does not.)

So please use the 1st link to register; then use the 2nd link to order your gift card(s).

http://www.igive.com/welcome/warmwelcome.cfm?c=36531&m=456344

www.igive.com/html/seasonaloffers.cfm

It seems to take a little while after registering to actually get processed into the iGive system, so you might want to sign up today, then wait a day or two to order your gift cards.  But please, please do this to show your support.  It is so simple and quick.  The Smiths will receive a list of names of those of us who participate in this.  E-mail me direct at appyelon@hotmail.com if you have any questions.  Again, order those shirts, but, in addition, please sign up for iGive - Funding Doug & Izzie.  Thanks!

Just thinking and praying for you and the entire family!  Keep the faith!  You are such a courageous young lady!  You inspire so many people.  I know Dr. Heffron, Todd and the entire team are taking good care of you.  You are in the best hands!  Lisa, you are such a great mom...so strong.  And I just cried when I read what Mike wrote to Mal.  I have shared it with others.  Mallory, I know that you know this but just as your parents are blessed to have you in their lives, you are so blessed to have them.  I admire all of you!  God bless each of you.

Love,

Mal,

It"s got to be difficult keeping a positive attitude but somehow you do and that"s what amazes me about you.  No matter the circumstances you keep fighting and never give in.  That fighting spirit you have along with all the prayers being asked on your behalf will get you well and out of that hospital soon.  Stay strong and keep faith.

Mallory, we are all thinking of you and praying for you.  Try your best to keep your spirits up.  I know you probably feel exhausted, but remember that God is with you and will get you through this.  Izzie is a winner, George and Alex are in the game, and it is only a matter of time before you will feel so much better.

Again, I am so amazed by you and your family.  Mike, Lisa, Michael, and Maw Maw and all of your aunts, uncles, and cousins are behind you along with so many other people that I hope you feel the love and support.  The guest book is an awesome tribute to how many lives you have touched.

I think it is ironic that you were a cheerleader for so long and now we are all cheering you on.  You deserve it because you are so special.

Love and get well

Hey Mallory... I know you probably don"t know me, but I went to Kennesaw Mountain and now I"m at UGA.  I have been keeping up with your story and have wanted to say something for a long time, but I didn"t know how to say it.  You are the strongest person I have ever known of.  I hope that one day I can be as strong as you are.  It seems like so many things are happening right now, but you keep the most positive attitude ever.  Keep your spirits up, everyone is praying for you as am I.  I am really starting to understand what is trivial and what is important in life because of your story.  I hope you are feeling better and I will be praying for you.

Hi, I have never met Mal, however, I ran across her website by checking a co-workers email that is out of town and she was on the email prayer list for my coworkers church.

Needless to say, I saw the link to website on the prayer list and started learning about Mallory"s condition.  I have read all the updates and I want you to know that Mal"s story has touched my heart and I have began to pray for her and all of your family.  She is a very strong young woman and with God"s hands will pull through and be stronger and more determined than ever.   I am sure many wished Mal could bottle her strength, courage and determination and sell it in the drug store, as from what I have read, she has gone through so much and continues to be resilent.

Mal and your family are in my prayers.  And on this note...there is a saying..."Positive is as positive does".  I will remain positive that her road to recovery is a swift and painless one.

Keep us updated and God Bless!

Good Morning Girls,

We are praying the fever will break and they will be able to figure out why the fever is there.  We continue to pray for the kidneys and stand in agreement that everything will continue to move forward to the goal.  I know that "feeling bad" can bring you down but just remember, you are one day closer and Mal you have walked through the fire and we are so very proud of you.  Just rest and let your body recover.  Praying today will have special blessings to brighten your day.   You are going to Win!

Mallory,

We read your journal everyday, it put things in perspective on what is important and what is not so important.  You are the bravest person I know and we are all thinking and praying for you here at Georgian Bank. You are a topic of conversation each day amongst the real estate team here with Steve, Lisa, Vicky and Sally on your updates.  Instead of what is on the Oprah show today, it is what is on Mallory"s website today!  So keep on fighting, you are doing great and we are all here shouting praise on the side lines for you.

I"m so glad to hear that you are going to the floor.  It stinks there is not a room yet, hopefully today.  My Jen spent 22 days in ICU there and was so glad to get to 4 east. You"ve had a rough time but I"m sure with your spirit and spunky attitude you"ll be feeling like yourself pretty soon.  Our prayers are with you.

Mallory,

Sounds like things are slowly, but surely looking up.  You and your family are so awesome, a true inspiration...

Jessica wore her old Team Mal shirt to school today for homecoming, you are definately our "cause of choice".  Brings back memories of last homecoming - remember...

We"re still trying to decide on colors for our new Team Mal shirts, it"s hard to decide because we love all the color choices and wow - what a great design.

Went back and looked at page 17 of your guest book like the Warren"s had mentioned.  You are definately being watched over by an angel.

Love you and miss you,

Roaj, Claire, and Jessica
