I am glad to see things are still improving - one more improvement for Sunday could be your favorite food! Our family will be bringing food to ya Sunday, so your Dad needs to call Hal or our home number & tell me what YOU are craving. You are a hero & deserve the best! See you & family then.

Angels are watching over you - Phyllis M.

Stone Cold Stephen Cochran

Mal,

I"ve been reading the updates and praying for you often. The kids ask about you and still remember the time they went swimming with the bubbles at your house (you definitely made an impression on them). As I read the journal entries, I go through a lot of emotions. Sometimes I cry and sometimes I laugh. Sometimes I can hear your dad"s voice and others your mom"s. Sometimes I smile and pump my fist with a hearty "yeah!". You have strength and drive well beyond your years. Your passion for life surpasses most people twice your age. You have done something that most people will never grasp or understand...You have set your expectation higher than your circumstance and it shows. Please know that the Cochran"s are praying for you and believe that you will recover and continue to impact the lives of people around the world for a long, long time.

Stephen

You don"t know our family but we are in the Hughes" Sunday School class and have been following your journey closely and praying for you.  Continue being strong and faithful and God will show his way.  Today"s latest update is good to hear.

Being a huge Dawgs fan I was thrilled to hear about the announcement of you getting the game ball after the GA/ALA game a couple weeks back.  Thanks to the good folks at AM750 I was able to get that audio from after the game.  I"ve posted it on my website at the following link for all to enjoy that may not have heard it and in case you wanted it as a keepsake.

Wow...the Lord is looking out for you...keeping you from moving to the 4th floor.  Even though you have great doctors and nurses, sometimes they just miss things on the regular floor.  With a heavier patient load, they just don"t keep such a close eye on you like they do in ICU.  I am sure it is hard to see being in ICU as a blessing right now, though, isn"t it?  :-)

We follow your progress daily and hear from mutual acquaintances that you are quite the fighter!  We are lifting you up to the Lord daily.

Amy

p.s.  My 8-year old daughter thinks you are just "gorgeous."  :-)

Dear Mallory and Family, I have been keeping up with your progress for a while but this is the first note I have written to you. Please know that I am praying for you along with my bible study group on Tuesdays. I know that you are so ready to get to the 4th floor and you will soon. You are such a sweet, special girl and I know that God is holding you tightly in his hand. I pray for you to have strength and peace that can only come from Him. We will continue to pray for all of you! With Love - Susan

Mallory

I saw this once and now I thought of you "the will of God will never take you where the grace of God won"t protect you"--God has great plans for you -- no one could suffer all you have without having a rainbow at the end.  And you have singlehandedly, without leaving the hospital, created so much love in the world!  You are going to get better and better---

think of where you were just a couple of weeks ago and now there is a light at the end of the tunnel although I"m sure it"s hard to believe that sometimes.  Sleep well princess--the world is a wonderful place because of all you have gifted to so many people
