Of course it will be the 17th, why did we ever think otherwise?  It is amazing that this one donor is saving so many lives.  We all prayed for the right one and it sounds like prayers are being answered for more than one person.  We will keep praying for Mal"s doctors and the donor"s family.

Congratulations Smith Family and welcome Izzie!  It is amazing reading this guest book the love that surrounds Mallory.  She is truly an amazing, awesome, spectacular, incredible, and beautiful person.  Izzie is lucky to find such as a great partner.

Hey Mallory,

We worked at chick-fil-a together last year. I am sorry to hear that you have to have a transplant tomorrow morning. I hope and pray that it goes well. It is easy to see from the guest book on this website that you have a plethora (that"s a big word :)) of support from many people all over. I have no doubt that God will answer all of the prayers from all of these people. I pray that God will not only help you through the surgery but also help you have a quick recovery.

Mallory,

I have heard so much about you over the past year or so.  Your Aunt Bridget keeps my little boy and we talk regularly about you.  I would just like for you and your family to know that you are in our prayers and thoughts daily.  You seem to be an amazingly strong young woman with an awesome family.  I hope everything goes well for you tomorrow - I feel sure it will.  You have come too far for it not too.  You have your WHOLE life ahead of you, and I"m sure youll do amazing things with it!  God Bless you and your entire family.  The Charpie Family

Sorry for the delay.  It"s all going to work out, though. Now it"ll be on the 17th.  That"s crazy all the 17th"s.  Ever since I found out this morning, I"ve been wishing I was there.  But my prayers and thoughts are with your family, the donor"s family and the doctors.  I love you guys and can"t wait to see you in a couple days!

Hi Mallory

Dont worry about the delay, God is just giving Him enough time to get all His Angels in Heaven on duty for the covering of your surgery and getting everything lined up and the doctors and nurses all in shape.  Take heart Izzie is here he got his coat untangled and is eager to serve you.

God Bless

Dear Mallory,

I know that we don"t know each other, but I heard of your condition through my AP Language teacher Ms. Parrott. I see that your transplant is tomorrow morning, and I hope and pray that it goes well. That is awesome that recovery is so near! I can"t even imagine what you are going through right now at such a young age, but I know it will only make you stronger. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family, if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. I hope you get well soon! :)

Love,

Hello Mallory,

I have to share this with you.  I was in church this morning and the message was about Jesus healing an invalid and it was on the Sabbath.  Fleeting thought – today is Sunday and it is a perfect day for Mallory to get her liver.  I made a mental note to check your Team Mal website later on, and wouldn’t that be amazing if today WAS the day?  So, after the service I get back to the car and there were 4 cellphone messages from Christine.  “Mom, call me.  It’s important.”  Well, I called, and she said, “Mal got her liver!”  I could hardly speak.

A zillion people are praying for you.  Believe in the power of prayer and be strong.  The wait is almost over.

Praise God!

Malloy I am so thankful that you are gettin Izzy today. Debbie and I came down to see you yesterday but God had other plans. Your mom came out and told us you were sleeping and obviously God was providing you with rest in prepration for the surgery that he knew was going to be today. We had a good visit with some of your family and loof forward to seeing you when I get back from Seattle. We have been and will continue to pray for you, your family, the doctors, the doner and their family. I am also thankful for Doug, he sure was there for the team. If it were not for Doug and Gods grace we would not be blessed with having you here today. Doug was a gift of life and it was nice for him to play so hard for the team and he is ready to retire. I"m sure he will be glad to have Izzy step in and take team Mal to victory in the game of life. I know that the doner family of Doug is proud that they provided a gift of life that we are all thankful for them.

Hi Mallory. It was so good see to see you. Mamaw was very glad to see you too!

Frank & I think about you and pray for you every day. We also have other people that you don"t even know praying for you too. You are such a sweet and special girl. I don"t think I could have been as strong as you have been. I wish there was something I could do to make this easier for you. Just try to keep hanging in there. Things WILL get better. Just keep telling yourself that the way you feel now is only temporary and that soon you will be feeling better. If you need anything from us, just let me know.   Love you, Robin
